We are not a qualified locksmith and do not represent ourselves as one. Before any work begins, we explain the service, pricing and any parts required. If a job requires specialised locksmith skills or licensing, we will let you know and refer you to an appropriately qualified professional.
No unexpected work or additional charges will be added without your approval.
UPFRONT PRICING
Our pricing is straightforward, with no hidden surprises.
$75 Call-Out Fee Covers travel to your property and the initial assessment of the job.
$60 Per Hour Labour Labour is charged at $60 per hour, with the time required discussed with you before work begins where possible.
Materials & Parts Any required keys, lock barrels, hardware, parts or other materials are charged separately. We will advise you of material costs before purchasing or installing them.
No Unapproved Extras We will explain the work required and any additional costs before proceeding with additional work.

Yes. I operate as a mobile service, meaning I come directly to your home or property across Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs.
I advise people to email me with photos to avoid callout costs. My standard callout fee may be adjusted for the workload.
For suitable non-security mechanical locks, I can be make adjustments to make them work a singular key. If the work requires specialised locksmith services, I will refer you to an appropriately qualified locksmith.
